Cooking for kids doesn't have to be a chore. I am a busy working mom and I take my kids favorite meals and add a healthy twist to them. Like..... Cup O Noodles!!
I call this OODLES OF NOODLES!
Take Cup O Noodles and follow the package instructions. Fill cup with boiling water and close lid for 3 minutes.
Here comes the healthy part.....
Strain noodles with veggies and toss the liquid. Add steamed broccoli and REAL chicken broth.
WaLa... you have a quick, tasty healthy meal your kids will love.
If you want you can add some diced cooked chicken.
Yum Yum... Kids will love it!!
